Thomas, who has a bachelor's degree in business administration, is a 2-time author and retired Miami Dade correctional officer. She is also the president of her own publishing company, Angela M. Thomas Publishing. Angela Thomas says she was led to write the book for others as the result of a series of personal and spiritual experiences in her own life.
