New Super Max™ electric-powered machines are optimized for steam applications and offer high flow rates and pressures.
[USPRwire, Wed Aug 19 2009] Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a major supplier and worldwide exporter of commercial cleaning products, introduced two Super Max™ wet-steam pressure washers for commercial applications. The electric-powered Super Max™ 12840SP and 12860SP heat using fuel and feature Super High-Temperature Optimized Technology™ (Super-HOT™) to generate steam.
"These pressure washers are designed for industrial applications that require only wet-steam," said Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com spokesman. "The machines offer the highest pressures and flow rates in our 12000 line."
Super Hot Power Washer Technology
The electric pressure washers sport Daimer®'s Super-HOT™ technology, which allows the machines to generate temperatures of up to 330ºF and to clean with wet steam. The equipment is electrically powered and can be heated by no.1 or no. 2 heating oil; diesel; or kerosene. Multiple fuel options let the purchaser choose among various options, depending on market prices. The units include high-pressure chemical injection.
The mobile water pressure washers are on wheels and include: a 25-foot, high-pressure steam hose; a three-foot trigger wand; and a steam nozzle. Options available at additional cost include a wet sandblasting system and multi-gun operation.
The Products
The new pressure washers represent the high-end of Daimer®'s existing 12000 Super-HOT™ line. The Super Max™ 12840SP pressure washers generate pressure levels of up to 2000 psi and flow rates of up to 4 GPM. The machines are powered by a 5.0 HP electric motor. The 12860SP machines produce pressure levels of up to 3000 psi, flow rates of up to 5 GPM and are powered by a 10.0 HP motor.
For customers seeking gas pressure washers, Daimer® offers two Super-HOT™ models: the Super Max™ 12880SP and the Super Max™ 12500 GE SP.
