Regional Homebuilder To Construct New Homes For New Raleigh Urban Community

Preservation Homes will build custom-crafted, bungalow style homes for the new development, Olde Towne. Olde Towne, an exclusive urban development located at the intersection of Rock Quarry and New Hope roads, will consist of 2,400 homesites, an 18-hole semi-private golf course designed by Rick Robbins and 360,000 square feet of commercial/retail space.
