The Duke of Sussex broke out into song onstage after attending a benefit show for his charity in London’s West End.
[USPRwire, Tue Sep 04 2018] Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle shared a fantastic evening at the Victoria Palace Theatre in London for the gala performance of the popular show “Hamilton” supporting a fundraiser for Prince Harry’s Sentebale Charity.
Prince Harry Surprised everyone present that night for the musical by singing one of the songs played in “Hamilton” briefly. Even the Musical’s producer Lin-Manuel Miranda was thoroughly astounded by his singing.
The Prince’s wife Meghan Markle disclosed that he sings all the tunes at home and not just the songs performed by his father the king.
The song performed by Harry was “You’ll be Back”, sung by his sixth great-grandfather, King George, in the show.
The show was established in the intention of raising funds for the people suffering from HIV in Lesotho and Botswana the money raised on Wednesday will later be used to open a camp for people with HIV. Prince Harry founded this nonprofit in collaboration with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho.
“Through that work that we’re going to be doing now, we will be able to stop the generational hand down of the stigma around HIV,” Harry said.
Then he went on to thanks the cast from “Hamilton” and all the people involved in it and lastly the audience “for taking part in this evening’s activities because you have together, raised a huge amount of money to change the lives of thousands of children in Botswana.”
