The company’s long standing presence in the country and the widespread recognition of its Dove brand within bar soap and body wash/shower gel contributed substantially to its success within hair care in 2013. The company invests large sums of money in advertising its Dove and Sunsilk brands on television as well as offering in-store bundle deals and price reductions.
