More than $12,000.00 worth of ultra-premium Bibles were given away to the 78 winners of the Great Bible Giveaway, a six-month promotion by Logos Bible Software celebrating the launch of http://Bible.Logos.com.

“The promotion was a big success,” said Dan Pritchett, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. “We were able to give 78 people really beautiful Bibles. But, more importantly, thousands of people got to experience our online Bible site for the first time.”

Bible.logos.com is one of the most advanced online Bible sites with its unique infinite scrolling ability, advanced search logic, and integration with other web tools like RefTagger.com and http://Ref.ly.

During the promotion, Logos saw a 20% increase in traffic to the online Bible site.

“The premium Bibles we gave away were to highlight the premium access to the Bible that Bible.Logos.com offers users,” Pritchett said. “While it doesn’t have that genuine leather smell, Bible.Logos.com is the premium online Bible site. What is even better is our site is free for everyone.”

The Bibles given away represented the most popular translations on Bible.Logos.com, including the ESV, NASB, NIV, NKJV, NLT, and KJV, and HCSB.
