Atlantic Tire & Service has hired two new Service Advisors that will be responsible for handling customer service needs and advising customers on recommended services when appropriate.
[USPRwire, Wed Feb 20 2013] Atlantic Tire & Service, a locally owned automotive repair center with three locations in the Triangle, is pleased to announce the hiring of two additional service advisors, Mark Wessel and Bruce Chase, who will be serving the Cary and RTP locations, respectively. Both Wessel and Chase will be responsible for handling customer service needs and advising customers on recommended services when appropriate.
Wessell’s 16 years of automotive service management experience, coupled with his ASE certification, have prepared him for joining Atlantic Tire and continuing to build the company’s reputation as the top automotive service company in Western Wake County. In his spare time, Wessell enjoys working on cars, volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America, and spending time with his wife Kathryn and their four children. He graduated from Elon University and has also attended several automotive training institutes.
With more than 26 years of automotive service and management experience, Chase is what one would call a customer service veteran. In his previous role, he helped turn two unprofitable automotive service shops into highly profitable operations that later got sold to a larger company. He enjoys helping customers and making sure they walk away feeling satisfied and confident in the level of service they received. Chase graduated from James Madison University and has also attended several automotive training institutes. He is the proud father of two adult children, and lives with his wife Renee in Cary.
