SuperHolidayRentals say Edinburgh Festival Flats close to capacity

Of 25 properties listed on the SuperHolidayRentals site, most are completely booked out for the duration of the festival, which runs from late July to early September. However, there are still a small number of properties that have some availability during the festival period.

A spokesman for SuperHolidayRentals said: "It's not too late to find an Edinburgh festival flat - but you'll have to act very quickly if you want to get one for this year. We tend to see bookings for Edinburgh Festival accommodation commence as early as a year in advance and by spring it can be very difficult to find a flat to rent during August. The Edinburgh festival is such a massive event, and draws such huge crowds, that there just isn't enough accommodation for everyone who wants it".
