Microsoft Introduces Business Productivity Online Suite

All four of Microsoft’s Business Productivity Online Suite applications are geared to help businesses streamline functions and save money at the same time by increasing efficiency and communication at work.

The total cost of the Business Productivity Online Suite is $10, a savings of about 40 percent, compared with purchasing each of the products from Microsoft individually.
Altogether, the cost for on-premise costs per user per month typically run $55.39 a month, almost double the amount that Microsoft Online costs, which estimated at is $30.36. The difference is $25.03 per user per month.

The low cost can help businesses that deal with mergers or acquisitions, since they can support more users with the same resources they already have. If, on the other hand, a company must downsize and doesn’t need all of the software, they could also reduce some of the services they’re paying for.

Current customers of Microsoft’s Business Productivity Online Suite include: Ingersoll Rand, Blockbuster, Doosan, Tyco, Coca-Cola and Energizer.
