[USPRwire, Sat Jan 23 2010] The RAP17 EX is designed to replicate the look, feel, and functionality of a real modern handgun. The RAP17 EX is made of metal alloy and hard plastic. The slide and internal mechanism are made of hardened metal alloy and steel that can withstand harsh usage.

The RAP17 EX functions like a real handgun with a strong blowback action. It's powered by a 12g disposable CO2 cylinder located inside the pistol grip that capable of firing more than 50 rounds. 10 rounds of paintball can be loaded into each magazine and the magazine is inserted into the pistol grip just like a real handgun. The key feature of the RAP17 EX is it stops firing when the magazine is emptied. The muzzle velocity is adjustable from 180 - 240 fps with effective range of 50 ft and a maximum range of 120 ft.
