Jan Stumpff, fulltime Real Estate Agent with Jolly Realty, will assist families that have recently contracted to purchase a new home from The Providence Group with all aspects of selling their current home. This includes everything from home staging, repairs, targeted pricing and marketing strategy. The Providence Group believes that family should come first, and the program was established to aid homeowners in whatever way possible so that their entire experience is a convenient and memorable one.

The Friends of the Family program will offer homeowners a list of service providers which include painters, handymen for small repair work, roofers, housecleaners, movers, estate-sale facilitators, electricians and storage possibilities. Resale agents will then come into the home and ‘stage’ it to look model-home ready
While offering advice on how to make a home ‘market ready,’ Jolly Realty’s experienced agents will simultaneously provide the most effective pricing strategy and then expose the home to over 42,000 realtors with Georgia’s premier listing service. Other proven marketing procedures will be put into place to expose the home to potential buyers. Additionally, Friends of the Family will help qualify any buyer’s ability to purchase the home and then negotiate an acceptable contract price. Once the home is under contract, agents will walk the seller through the inspection period and all closing procedures.
