Sharp Residential Agents Awarded At COMMUNITIES 100 Breakfast

COMMUNITIES Magazine recently honored Joanne Holbrook, Michael Vestal and Warren Spahn with Sharp Residential as members of the 2007 COMMUNITIES 100, a designation recognizing Atlanta’s leading Realtors across 15 metropolitan Atlanta real estate boards.

[USPRwire, Thu Jun 14 2007] COMMUNITIES Magazine recently honored Joanne Holbrook, Michael Vestal and Warren Spahn with Sharp Residential as members of the 2007 COMMUNITIES 100, a designation recognizing Atlanta’s leading Realtors across 15 metropolitan Atlanta real estate boards. This is the first year all three of these agents have received this honor.

The designation is based on net sales volume of metro Atlanta’s Realtors as reported and verified by 15 of the area’s boards of Realtors. This special designation was established in 1986 by COMMUNITIES Magazine to recognize only the highest producers of the 27,527 Realtors in the area. In essence, Holbrook, Vestal and Spahn are in the top one percent of board-certified Realtors in the entire metro Atlanta area.

The COMMUNITIES 100 honors the top producing 100 Realtors in each of the following three groups: those who are individual agents working for general brokerage companies, those who are team agents typically working for general brokerage companies and those who are new home agents working for new home, on-site specialist companies. The company for which the agents work, along with their function within that company, determined placement within a category. The cutoff this year for individual agents was $7.447 million, for team agents was $10.159 million for new home agents was $5.925 million. Holbrook is a new home agent at Brandon Hall with a net sales volume of more than $9 million; Vestal is a new home agent at Parkstone with a net sales volume of more than $6 million; and Spahn is a new home agent at Liberty Park with a net sales volume of more than $6 million.

Members of all metro Realtors boards are considered. The 2007 COMMUNITIES 100 are members of the Atlanta board (50% of entire COMMUNITIES 100), Northeast Atlanta Metro (Gwinnett) (22%), Cobb (9%), DeKalb (4%), Metro South (4%), East Metro (3%), 400 North (3%) Cherokee (2%), Fayette (1%), Hall (1%) and West Georgia (1%).

All three agents were honored at a gala Awards Breakfast held at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead on May 24, 2007.
