[USPRwire, Tue Oct 16 2007] Richport Properties recently held an agent luncheon at its newest townhome community in Norcross, New Rockbridge. The luncheon was catered by Total Catering and Event Planning and featured an international menu of Greek, Italian, French, Indian, Australian, Mexican and Israeli foods. Approximately 55 agents attended the event, which was held in the newly opened model home at the community. New Rockbridge will feature 68 townhomes upon completion, which are priced from the $160,000s to the $200,000s.
“We had a fabulous turnout at our agent luncheon and were excited about the interest in our community demonstrated by those who attended,” said Brad Brandon, Vice President of Sales for Richport Properties. “All agents in attendance were allowed to tour the fully decorated model home, as well as take a sneak peek at the other floor plans that are available at New Rockbridge.”
In addition to the fabulous food, agents attending the luncheon were eligible to win an array of prizes. There were three winners for a $250 cash gift card: Abraham Thomas with Homeland Group Real Estate Services; Michael McMillan with ReMax; and Dorothy Harwell with Virtual Properties Realty. The winner of a gift basket was Earnestine Adams with West Atlanta Realty.
When complete, New Rockbridge will offer 11 townhomes with one-car garages, with 1,700 square feet, and 57 two-car garage townhomes with approximately 2,000 square feet. Of the floor plans to choose from, one will offer two master suites, making it ideal for a roommate situation, and all other plans will be three bedrooms with two and one-half baths.
All homes will have some hardwoods on the first floor, security systems, and garage door openers. The exterior of the homes will feature attractive low maintenance front combinations of brick, stone and cement siding. Throughout the community, there are sidewalks and streetlight, as well as several green spaces. Of the green space areas throughout New Rockbridge, one will be a community garden where homeowners will be allowed to show off their green thumb.
New Rockbridge is located behind Rockbridge Elementary School. A walking trail connects the neighborhood to the school. Children in the community will attend New Rockbridge, Lilburn Middle and Meadowcreek High schools.
