Richport Properties Announces Grand Opening Of Model Home at New Rockbridge
Richport Properties recently announced the grand opening of its model home at New Rockbridge. The model features the Carroll townhome plan and gives interested new home buyers a great preview of the quality homes Richport builds.

New Rockbridge is an ideal community for first time homeowners, and will feature 68 townhomes priced from the mid $190,000s to the low $200,000s.

The model home features the Carroll plan, a 1,900 square foot townhome with three bedrooms and two and one-half baths. On the first floor, hardwood floors accentuate the luxurious details of the gourmet kitchen. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an under-mount stainless steel sink, and 36-inch maple cabinets also add to the prestige of the state-of-the-art kitchen. One aspect of the kitchen in the model home, which sets it apart from other communities, is the under-counter recessed lighting, which is available in all homes at New Rockbridge.
