RE/MAX Around Atlanta announces its first class of “Ultimate Agents,” a group of established real estate agents who completed 18 hours of intense coursework available only through RE/MAX.

Graduates include Julie Cota, Jean Gaddis, Diane Jordan, Sandra Suits, Lucy Troutman and Dominai Webb.

“RE/MAX invests significant sums in training agents and keeping us informed,” said Webb, who leads The Bowman-Webb Team based in Gwinnett County. “RE/MAX agents have an average of nine to 13 years in the industry, so we have a lot of experience, but they also give us the tools and training to keep us current.”

Taught by RE/MAX Around Atlanta Co-Broker/Owner Cleve Gaddis, Ultimate Agent included eight activity-based sessions designed to propel high-earners to a new level. Agents learned to leverage RE/MAX national advertising, LeadStreet and RE/MAX University to maximize sales while also building up business networks and referrals.

Webb believes the Ultimate Agent course will help her expand the systems she has in place as she better cultivates relationships with past clients. “I like working with referrals because they already have some level of comfort with me,” said Webb. “This course will increase our sales, but also our enjoyment of our work.”
