[USPRwire, Tue Jul 24 2007] McCar Homes is excited to welcome two new agents to the Tampa area. Serving as a New Home Specialist at Brookfield will be Jeff Shubrooks; at Cross Creek at Summertree will be Sara Nakamine. In their new role, these individuals will greet customers, give an overview of the community they represent, show homes, answer any questions new homebuyers may have, and guide homebuyers through the home buying process.
“Jeff and Sara bring excellent new home sales experience to McCar Homes’ Tampa communities,” said Kevin Robles, Division Vice President. “They both have successful, relevant real estate sales backgrounds. We are confident that Jeff and Sara will do exceptionally well at making visitors to our communities feel comfortable and have all their questions answered. We are all very excited to have these two individuals on board.”
Shubrooks came to McCar in June after selling real estate for Avatar Properties where he was the sales agent with the highest homeowner satisfaction scores from July to September 2006. He is a member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council.
