Kairos Development Corporation announces the start of construction on The Astoria at The Aramore, a luxury high rise consisting of 71 exclusive condominiums just south of Peachtree Battle in Fulton County.
[USPRwire, Tue Apr 24 2007] Kairos Development Corporation announces the start of construction on another “Live Life Community,” The Astoria at The Aramore, a luxury high rise consisting of 71 exclusive condominiums located within “the living room of Atlanta” just south of Peachtree Battle in Fulton County. Condos are priced from the $400,000s, and penthouses are priced from the $900,000s.
The official start date for construction was early March. With continued cooperation from the weather, a crane will be visible on site by mid May, and passersby will see concrete and steel rising above the street by late summer. Equity for The Astoria was funded by RECP, and debt was funded by Flagstar Bank
The Astoria offers condo buyers the opportunity to personalize their homes with high end options chosen by the world renowned Cooper Cary design team. The colors and choices available are unique and different, not the standard granite, carpet and marble that Atlanta buyers typically find.
