Joint Venture Development Partners Hold Contest For Condo At Westside Village

The Development team is looking for unique taglines for their new Grand Opening ad campaign announcing The Washington. From July 15 to September 15, interested contestants are encouraged to visit the community Web site, www.liveatwestside.com, and submit an attention-grabbing tagline for the community that captures the uniqueness of Historic Westside Village.
On September 19th, the Westside Village Team will notify those who have submitted one of the top 20 taglines. At an invitation only event to be held on September 27th, the nineteen finalists will be announced and will all receive a $50 gift certificate to a local hot spot. The lucky grand prize winner will also be announced at the event, and be allowed to live at The Washington for an entire year at no cost.
The first phase of the mixed-use community will offer 150 one- and two-bedroom condominiums.
