Luxury Mountain Home Plastic Surgery Recovery Center Opens
A Utah woman has launched a mountain retreat for post-operative plastic surgery patients, located near Little Cottonwood Canyon in Salt Lake County, Utah. Michelle’s Retreat, an 8,000 square foot luxury mountain get-away, is designed for people recovering from plastic surgery.

Michelle’s Retreat, an 8,000 square foot luxury mountain get-away, is designed for people recovering from plastic surgery.
“The body and mind need time to adjust, recover and regenerate after surgery,” said Michelle Michie, co-owner. “Our facility gives guests the peace, care and time they need to recover.” Michie, who is a registered nurse, co-owns the retreat with Bob Stringham, CEO of Global Medical Staffing.
The home features five spacious bedrooms and private baths. Each room has a mountain view and is equipped with HD television, Direct TV and wireless Internet. King and queen sized beds are fitted with Italian sheets. Meals are offered in-room or in the dining area, depending on client preference. A 24-hour staff provides assistance with showering and dressing, if desired.
Michie said that her retreat is an ideal alternative for post-operative patients who stay in hotels, where no physical assistance is available, or hire an in-home nurse.
Cost at Michelle’s Retreat is $500 per night and includes all meals. For an additional $50, transportation to post-operative appointments or airport is available.
