Licensed Acupuncturist Joins Local Health And Wellness Center

[USPRwire, Thu Sep 17 2009] Dr. Darcy Ward and Dr. Jennifer Greenfield, the doctors of chiropractic at Center for Chiropractic & Wellness (www.carolinachirowellness.com), a North Raleigh chiropractic center, have announced that Kim Nowosad L.Ac, has joined the firm’s Cary office as a licensed acupuncturist. After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College, Nowosad started a private practice in St. Augustine Fla., and decided to move to North Carolina four years later.

Nowosad uses a wide spectrum of tools allows her to treat many conditions with optimistic success. She uses her background in eclectic training to perform a variety of techniques including five element diagnoses, chakra balancing acupuncture, herbal therapy, traditional Chinese medicine and tuina, a form of Chinese manipulative therapy. Additionally, Nowosad uses elements of Reiki, Essential Oils and tuning forks in her practice on an as needed basis.
