Evolve Lifestyle Studios Opens Location in Town & Country Center

Environmentally “green” studio brings yoga & ayurveda to central valley

The new studio recently opened to at-capacity classes in central Phoenix’s Town & Country Center at 20th Street and Camelback Road.

“I created the space because I wanted a place to practice yoga in my neighborhood,” states Alyce Neal, owner of Evolve, “and the response from the community has been truly overwhelming.” In its first month alone, Evolve has expanded its class schedule to more than 30 per week and has drawn over 100 students through its doors. “So many people have heard about the wonderful physical and mental benefits of yoga but are hesitant to try it. Evolve provides a space where the sometimes esoteric practice is practical and applicable to helping us overcome the challenges we face in every day life.”

But Evolve is more than just a yoga studio. As the name suggests, it is truly a lifestyle, merging the wisdom of yogic teachings with the science of Ayurveda, an ancient system of health and well-being. Both philosophies seek to help us find balance and ease in our hectic modern lives. “We’re not trying to push a belief system on anyone, but I know what these practices have brought to my life and I’m excited to share them with others so they can apply it as it fits for them,” states Neal, who is no stranger to the corporate world and its stresses.
