[USPRwire, Sat Nov 08 2008] Entrepreneur Edgar Perez and his team are not only taking the best of Peruvian cuisine and traditional dances to New York audiences with Peru Grand Tasting Fall 2008 today Wednesday, but also introducing Flavors of Peru’s newest cocktail, the PiscObama Sour, a perfectly refreshing take on the traditional Peruvian Pisco Sour, considering the President-elect who inspired the cocktail; PiscObama Sours will be offered to guests as aperitif, before they sit down for a multi-course dinner.
