EURODIB BRINGS THE PROFESSIONAL-GRADE INOTECH ROTISSERIES TO HOSTEX IN TORONTO THIS MARCH
Sofinor S.A.S., a French stainless steel catering equipment manufacturer, will be showcasing two lines of its INOTECH brand of professional-quality rotisserie machines at the HostEx Canada trade show in Toronto. From March 2 to 4, the company will be exhibiting at the Eurodib booth, numbers 2407 and 2409. The France-based company is returning to North America for the first time since the approval of its “Seduction” rotisseries for distribution by having passed various North American standards (CSA, UL, NSF).
[USPRwire, Fri Feb 15 2008] The Seduction and Legend lines of multi-spit rotisserie machines combine traditional cooking design with the modern convenience of electronic controls. They are available in a wide range of sizes and cooking methods including the “Wall of Flames” gas flame, radiant gas, and radiant electric. Each spit has an independent motor and its own switch to reduce risk of complete immobilization of the entire rotisserie. Each level has four positions to adjust the distance of the food from the burners for even cooking.
The Legend line is available in a choice of 2, 4, 6, or 8 spits, which have a capacity from approximately 8 to 48 chickens depending on the number of spits. It is available in two widths with a choice between two finishings: brass to make an elegant statement, or enameled in any color to blend harmoniously with existing décor. The Seduction line, while similar in function to the Legend line, is immediately distinguishable by its incorporation of vertical cooking spits for heavier foods such as turkey or slabs of ribs, as well as its prestigious look and electronically regulated ignition cut-off.
