New Website Seeks Talent Professionals

eTalent Review seeks to match successful coaches, judges and teachers with other talent professionals who coach or teach aspiring dancers, pageant contestants, athletes, musicians and singers.

[USPRwire, Thu Jan 21 2010] eTalent Review, the web’s first portal to connect the talent development community, is now seeking successful coaches, judges and teachers to earn extra income by promoting their expertise online.

eTalent Review allows aspiring students access to professionals they might not have access to directly. “I grew up dancing competitively and we looked forward to the verbal critiques we would get from judges when we competed. Often times, the judges echoed exactly what our teachers had been saying all along. For some reason, when you hear it from a fresh voice, it can really stick. So, I figured, why wait for a competition? eTalent Review gives students and teachers access to the professionals they respect, all year long” says Jennifer Ray, eTalent Review’s Owner.

So, is eTalent Review just for dance? “Absolutely not,” says Ray. “We built the website to do the same thing for Pageant Contestants, Singers, Musicians and even Athletes”.

How does it work? Talent Professionals sign up at eTalentReview.com to become Advisors by providing detailed biographies about their qualifications, experience and fee for their services. When they are hired by eTalent Reviews’ Members (other teachers or coaches) to review a student’s video, they watch it and call the toll-free number to record their review. eTalent Review then forwards the review to the Member Teacher or Coach.

eTalent Review Advisors can also choose to offer a follow-up critique for an additional fee. This gives the student the opportunity to apply their Advisors’ corrections and submit a second video for additional comments. “We feel that providing a follow-up critique is critical to making sure the student hears the message that the Advisor is trying to convey.”
