Arizona author scheduled to make an appearance on The Louie Jones Radio show
[USPRwire, Tue Jul 25 2006] Fran Briggs is set to make an appearance on The Louie Jones Radio Show later today. The Louie Jones Radio Show broadcasts live each Sunday from the studio of Chicago's WCFJ AM 1470. Briggs is an award-winning columnist, journalist and publicist. She has been a guest lecturer at colleges and universities including Stanford University and The University of Phoenix speaking on subjects such as “Inspiration," "Motivation" "Finances," and "Health."
Fran has written seven books including, Seeds for Success and the children's inspirational, Don't Think Like an Elephant! Additionally, she has been published in more than 40,000 newspapers and magazines. Her work has been featured in publications such as, Black Enterprise Magazine, House and Garden, Relationships, EIN News, The Wellness Cookbook and Financial Visor. Several of her articles have been archived in America's University and college libraries.
A Northern California native, Fran graduated from California State University, Hayward in June 1985. When she is not working, writing, or reading, she enjoys swimming, organized sports, impromptu vacations, entertaining, and fellowshipping with family and friends. Fran also appreciates movies and situational comedies, but feels neither can compare to "a great read."
