bbi Display Systems Releases 3rd Quarter Report, Announces Record Growth
Amphibious sign distributor, bbi Display Systems, reports a record 3rd quarter attributed to international expansion, strategic national partnerships, and exposure of the patented billboards in new global markets.
[USPRwire, Fri Nov 14 2008] bbi Display Systems (bbi), the global leader of on-water advertising and inflatable billboards, reported record growth in the third quarter.
In the 3rd quarter alone, new independent operations were established in Dublin, Ireland; Caracas, Venezuela; Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; and Lagos, Nigeria. bbi products also made their on-water, ocean debut in Auckland, New Zealand and Gangneug City, South Korea during the 3rd quarter.
“There is an added value in being the first brand to advertise on the water in a given location, whether national or local. It is remarkable how captivated audiences are when they see the systems on water for the first time” says Eric Wickland, National Sales Director of bbi.
In August, bbi chose TrashtalkFCM, one of the United States’ leading nontraditional marketing companies, to manage its US media sales and campaign execution efforts. The partnership has allowed bbi to focus their efforts and resources on developing international markets.
“International inquiries have more than doubled since the previous quarter as a combined result of our marketing efforts and exposure of products in the new markets” added Mr. Wickland. “We hope to continue our success in the 4th quarter and expand our independent operations into several new countries via our associate program.”
bbi’s portable billboard structures can be shipped to any worldwide location in a matter of days. When received by the customer, the systems are already assembled and only require inflation and banner installation. All bbi products have the ability to be displayed on land or water and are linkable should the customer wish to create a larger advertisement.
