Mr. Del Rosario will be responsible for leading sales and expanding the TalentFusion marketing approach in anticipation of the continued explosive growth that the company has experienced over the last two years.

Jim Del Rosario brings over 20 years of leading recruitment organizations in both the delivery and business development capacities. Most recently, Mr. Del Rosario had been Vice President for Veritude, the recruitment process outsourcing arm of Fidelity Investments in Boston. Prior to Veritude, Mr. Del Rosario served as Vice President at Deploy Solutions in Westwood, MA and as Senior Director of the global recruiting organization at Siebel Systems in San Mateo, CA.
