Tracy Hollister Will Discuss Stress Management Techniques
[USPRwire, Tue Dec 01 2009] Career Transformations has announced that Tracy Hollister, assistant leader of the North Raleigh Recovery International Group, will be the speaker at the group’s next meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 25 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. in the fellowship hall of Saint Andrews Presbyterian Church, located at 7506 Falls of Neuse Road. Hollister’s presentation, “How Stress Management Techniques Can Help in Your Career Transition,” will be a three-part interactive session which includes an overview of the Recovery International cognitive-behavioral self-help tools and how they can be used in a job search process, a demonstration of how meetings are led (including a successful real-life example from a group member), and a question-and-answer period. Attendees will benefit immediately by learning a few practical mental health tools.
