Gibson, McClure, Wallace & Daniels Attorneys Named to Texas Super Lawyers List

Dallas attorneys Wade McClure and Ruth Ann Daniels named two of Texas' top lawyers

[USPRwire, Wed Sep 15 2010] Trial attorneys Wade L. McClure and Ruth Ann Daniels, name partners in Dallas’ Gibson, McClure, Wallace & Daniels, L.L.P., again have earned selection to the Texas Super Lawyers list of the state’s top attorneys.

The annual list appears in the October issue of Texas Monthly magazine and Texas Super Lawyers magazine, published by Thomson Reuters, Legal Division.

Mr. McClure focuses his practice on business litigation, construction litigation and fiduciary duty disputes. He is one of the few attorneys to be Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by both the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Mrs. Daniels, a 25-year trial lawyer, specializes in employment litigation defense for a variety of companies. Her work includes defending employers against claims of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and age, sex and racial discrimination. She is also called upon to represent companies and executives involved in contractual employment claims, such as non-compete and breach of confidentiality issues. Mrs. Daniels has experience in multi-party and class-action litigation, with a focus on wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor and Standards Act.

Fewer than 5 percent of all Texas attorneys are named to the Texas Super Lawyers list each year. Mr. McClure and Mrs. Daniels have both been featured seven times since the list was first published in 2003.

In order to determine the honorees, the publication’s editors poll more than 70,000 Texas lawyers for their views on the state’s top attorneys whose work they have personally observed. After conducting research on the nominees, a blue-ribbon panel of lawyers assists in making the final selections.
