[USPRwire, Thu Aug 02 2007] Veteran Dallas attorney Mike Lynn, a partner with the law firm Lynn Tillotson & Pinker LLP, has been elected as Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Federal Practice Task Force for the ABA Section of Litigation.
In naming Mr. Lynn to its 2007-2008 to this prominent leadership role, ABA leaders cited his “achievement as one of the nation’s leading litigators.”
The ABA puts great emphasis on its task forces and particularly the Federal Practice Task Force in re-writing and amending the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
