Daimer Industries Announces High-End Steam Cleaners

New KleenJet® Ultra 10000-class machines target commercial customers with the most vapor steam in Daimer's line.

[USPRwire, Thu Jul 09 2009] Daimer Industries, a major supplier and worldwide exporter of commercial cleaning products, introduced its most powerful vapor steam cleaners to date: the Ultra 10220C and the Ultra 10250CV. Both machines are aimed at commercial customers; the CV differentiates itself by offering higher wattage and a wet/dry vacuum.

"These steam cleaners generate at least 15 times the steam of 1,600 watt machines, plus the highest temperatures and pressure levels," said Matthew Baratta, spokesperson for Daimer.com. "The 10220C and 10250CV are geared toward the most demanding applications."

Steam Cleaners with Serious Steam

The new Ultra 10000 steam cleaners provide pressure levels of up to 150 psi, steam temperatures of up to 360º F, a monstrous 14-liter boiler and a 20-liter detergent chamber. Both machines feature continuous refill via either a 20-liter water chamber or a direct feed, which accepts water from a hose line for long periods of continuous use.

Each of the steam cleaners includes Daimer's replaceable heating element technology that lets customers have a low-cost heating rod replaced instead of a pricey boiler.

The 10220C is a 22,000-watt machine, while 10250CV is a 25,000-watt machine. The higher the wattage, the more steam -- in terms of density and quantity -- a machine can produce per hour. Machines over 15,000 watts can maintain constant steam pressure, something less powerful machines struggle with.

Another difference between these two portable steam cleaners: The KleenJet® Ultra 10250CV adds a wet/dry vacuum with 3200mm of column lift, water filtration and a huge 35-liter extraction chamber.
