Mobile Car Detailing
Currently, car auto detailing businesses are forced to choose between two less-than-optimal cleaning solutions: conventional pressure washers and dry steam cleaners.
Conventional pressure washers are inefficient because they waste up to 5 GPM. This high level of waste can result in EPA fines. To avoid problems, auto detailing companies often have to purchase water capture and re-circulating systems. Pressure washers have another drawback: The equipment exerts pressures of up to 3000 psi, which can damage paint and other delicate car surfaces.
Dry steam cleaners present car auto detailing operations with another sub-optimal solution. The machines do not have enough power for tough dirt. The equipment typically generates pressure levels of only up to 100 psi or so, and uses vapor steam that contains only 5% water. In addition, the machines can lose pressure and temperature as time passes. Employees end up wiping by hand, which can scratch finishes and yield poor results.
The 6120SCW
The Super Max ™ 6120SCW auto detailing machine generates a pressure level of 1000 psi, steam temperatures of up to 300º F and flow rates of up to .5 GPM. The low flow rate will not harm vehicle surfaces and wastes little water.
The car auto detailing machine is powered by electricity and heated with propane. The 6120SCW is designed to maintain constant temperature and pressure throughout its operation.
The equipment removes dirt, mud, brake dust, bugs, tar, salt, grease, oil, and tree sap. The mobile car detailing machine is ideal for cleaning delicate vehicle surfaces, such as wheels, car exteriors and glass.
