Utah’s first promotion agency, MINDWISE, now open for business
Company will focus on local promotions, sponsorships, sampling, street teams and events

The new company, though unfamiliar to Salt Lake, represents a nationwide trend of flourishing promotion agencies with industry-wide revenues topping 5 Billion dollars. MINDWISE works with Local Businesses, Media Companies and Advertising Agencies to increase revenue and create consumer brand experience through channels such as face to face marketing, sampling, event marketing, promotions, sponsorships, partnerships, sales promotions and other guerrilla strategies.
“We’ve been watching the promotion industry for quite some time waiting for the chance to open shop here before someone else does,” said Grant Hanson, managing director. “Most of our efforts will be focused in the Utah market on providing solutions to not only reach a specific demographic, but have them touch, taste, feel and experience a clients’ brand, while doing it in a way they’ve never seen before-it’s very exciting.”
The company has already engineered a slew of promotions locally and is in talks with various companies to handle upcoming events, promotions and sponsorships next year. The company will not provide any design, creative, media placement or other services typically handled by Advertising Agencies or in-house Advertising Departments.
